Schedule Updates

System Downtime

The HP system will be down the weekend of April 26-27 for updating the operating system. Please be logged off the system by 5:30pm on the 26'th. Thank you in advance for being prompt!

We will be installing new disk drives sometime in May so we can increase our Intranet activities. Please keep this in mind as you are planning your work schedules.

Production Schedules

All district payroll changes must be made by April 23. We will lockout payroll at 5:00pm on the 23'rd.

Accounts Payable is due by all district AP clerks by 10:00 am each Tuesday and Thursday. Checks will be process for delivery Wed/Fri of each week.
