1. Restore QWEBS control files in PUB.SYS from the lzw package

     :hello manager.sys
     :run lzw;info="-f qwebslzw.pub -r qwebsuns.pub.sys"
     :run lzw;info="-f qwebslzw.pub -r ^qwebsuns.pub"

You should get five files restored. They are:

QWEBSBLD - A job stream that will build the QWEBS account.

QWEBSDCG - QWEBS documentation in HTML format. You can download this to
           your PC/Mac and view it using your web browser.

QWEBSINS - This file, in case you lose the copy you got from the ftp server

QWEBSUNQ - An indirect file for restoring the QWEBS account files

QWEBSUNS - An indirect file for restoring the PUB.SYS files


2. Build the QWEBS account.

   a. Edit the QWEBSBLD job stream. The account name (QWEBS) and other
      settings (passwords, private volumes, etc.) are controlled by the
      value of MPE variables. Make your changes and keep the file.

   b. :STREAM QWEBSBLD.PUB.SYS

      This will logon to MANAGER.SYS and build the QWEBS account.


3. Restore the QWEBS account.

     :hello mgr.qwebs
     :run lzw;info="-f qwebslzw.pub.sys -r ^qwebsunq.pub.sys"

4. Getting started.

     The QWEBSDCG file contains all the information you will need in
     order to get QWEBS operational. Download this to your favorite
     browser (it is in HTML).
